Rev. Mark Wood Installed as Lamb of God's Pastor
After serving as Lamb of God's Mission Pastor for the past three years, Rev. Mark Wood was installed as the congregation's first called Pastor. Pastors from several local Lutheran congregations joined Lamb of God members for a worship service on March 30th during which Pastor Wood was placed into his office.
Pastor Wood and his wife, Mary Ellen, served as key members of the mission committee formed at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Brandon that established the new congregation that eventually became Lamb of God Lutheran Church. They are looking forward to being an active part in working the plans that were developed during the mission phase of Lamb of God to their fulfillment, especially the opening of Lamb of God's Open Arms Early Childhood Center this August.
