Open Hands Community Food Pantry is a partnership between Lamb of God and Feeding America to help ease the food hardships of families in the Lithia community.
Families receive food to help meet their needs for the coming week while being treated with dignity by caring and compassionate volunteers working to nourish love, joy, and peace in our community.

Announcing the New Name of Seeds of Hope Community Food Bank:
Open Hands Community Food Pantry
Seeds of Hope Community Food Bank started in the fall of 2011 as a partnership between Lamb of God, Feeding America, and the FishHawk Turkey Trot organizers.
This fall, we ended our relationship with the FishHawk Turkey Trot in order to ensure that we could continue to meet the purpose and objectives of this food ministry. Because persons from that organization used the name "Seeds of Hope" to form a new corporation, we have decided to change the name for Seeds of Hope Community Food Bank to avoid confusion.
Our new name is "Open Hands Community Food Pantry."
Only our name has changed. We continue to operate at the same location, at the same time, and as a partner organization with Feeding America. We are open every Tuesday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on the campus of Lamb of God Lutheran Church in Lithia to serve the people in our community who require help meeting their food needs.
We invite concerned members of the Lithia community to join us in this important and much needed service. Volunteers, food donations, and monetary contributions are always welcome and we can assure supporters that their contributions will put to use to make a positive difference in the lives of families in need.
